The residents’ group representatives and I, conducted a “soft tender” for the purpose of reducing our carbon footprint and increasing the well-being of our residents. We were keen to participate in our State of Victoria’s initiative towards renewable energy. We had 4 approved licensed provider came back with their best proposals and Azka and his team at Krypton provided us the best option by a significant margin. Communications from them clarifying the step-by-step process to our residents and I was outstanding. The customer service even extended to physically assisting our elderly residents applied for their solar rebates. We cannot fault their customer service. Our village is under an embedded system which added on layers of administrative work for their team, but there were no complaints and they patiently worked it through with Powercor and our power provider. I would recommend Krypton and his team if you are looking for good communications and customer service that goes beyond the expected.

I got a 16kW Solar system (about 40 panels of 400w each) with a 10.1kWh battery from Krypton. I had a very good experience dealing with them and faced no issues throughout the installation process. They were thorough and focused on the minutest of details regarding my install. I have just got my first bill after solar and I have got a very pleasant surprise. The new bill is almost 78% lesser and over 10% lesser than the initial amount projected by Krypton. If you need real advise, contact them - they are honest, knowledgeable and passionate.
